I walked in without an appointment, asked if I could have my glasses resized as the bands were too wide for my head. The nice younger girl said she will do them for me and also replace the rubber nose things. After only 3 minutes she came back with them perfectly sized and cleaned. They were like new! I felt bad that they hadn't been put into a case for me to take care of them better but she gave me a case for free! I work in customer service and appreciate when I see others taking it seriously. I will only be coming here for glasses from now on and telling everyone else to also :)
