  Wizard Pharmacy is absolutely fantastic. Mel (Retail assistant), Sasha (Pharmacist) and Kelly (2nd Pharmacist) are absolutely fantastic and they are always so very very polite. When you come here on a daily basis like myself, you really get to know them. They are so friendly and always willing to have a chat with you. I'm so very lucky to have these women at a place I visit daily. They are such lovely, beautiful people.

  I Would like to acknowledge the hard work and dedication that these two gorgeous women Sasha and Jacki put into running this pharmacy. I have been a customer for years and while this awesome duo are working here I won't leave. Nothing is too much trouble for them, I recently ran out of medication couldn't get to my GP, these ladies helped me sort out enough to get me through until I could.
  I don't want to take the five stars away from these two because they have earned it %100, however, there is an unsavoury woman (Ingy) who works Sundays and Mondays, she has zero customer service skills, this particular worker will make you feel like a lepper, if you were (like I have) needing medication without a script.
  She would be aware with the new Covid regulations pharmacists are permitted to dispense a patients regular medication on face value... does she think we are all peasants? Who is she to deny a consumer on a weekend mood Stabilisers? Being a pharmacist she'd be well aware of the dangerous implications for a that person.
  
  I could go on all night, this past Sunday was a deal breaker for me..
  Infinity pharmacy get your gig together and send her elsewhere.

  I have shared experiences previously re this wonderful Pharmacy, and feel the need to do so again. As i have stated prior, the full time staff at this local Pharmacy are beyond excellence. The Part time staff, from my limited inter action are good, but I have so more interaction during the week, so can gauge them on a far greater scale. As previously mentioned, i reside with my wife who is in late stage cancer, terminal, and getting sicker each week lately, I have adult children and grandies local, to visit Mum/Nan frequently, which is wonderful.My support network at home is limited , as much as they are concerned about nan/mum which i understand, so i am out there some what. However, when I visit Infinity Strathpine, on a rather regular basis for medications for wife and self, these two magnificent ladies, Sasha expert Pharmacist and front of House Jacqi are always , with out hesitation, quick to check my wife's welfare, but better still, How am I travelling and it is a genuine concern. As i said, i have family, main focus on mum, understandable, these two Angels at the Pharmacy are concerned for the wife, more so for me, and i feel i need to advise Management just how caring and genuine these ladies are to a customer. I feel they are my rock and support network, please do not take them away. cheers,. valued customer.

  Great service! I have been to this pharmacy a lot and have developed a friendly relationship with all of the regular staff. I have witnessed the staff deal with difficult customers while I have been waiting for a script and they have always been pleasant towards the next customer - even when they have just been abused for things that were outside of their control.

  This shop is a fantastic little pharmacist. All of the staff are incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable and helpful.
  
  Have you got a question or something you're unsure of? Don't hesitate to ask, they are great at what they do, and whatever ails you, they'll do their best to help you. Prices are competitive, and worth shopping at for the experience.
  
  If you ever do end up running into any issues that they can't solve, they'll do their best to help you regardless. This business has always done right by me, and I'll continue to come back.
  
  Keep up the excellent work!
