- Brendon Van der Walt Added November 18, 2020★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible branch, today the staff literally made fun of me for the amount of money I had in my account, put me down and treated me like a child as if I was wasting their time with a simple cash withdrawal... why did I have to stand inside the bank and wait so long just to be treated like that? because of course, once again their ATM is out of service. absolutely useless and live up to the reputation of the suburb.

What happened to customer service. The manager needs to come out of his office & have a look at the line of customers waiting to be served, they have staff sitting in there little fish bowls looking very busy doing nothing.

I have some big savings in the bank, i keep telling them no i do not want to put my money away with them. At first i thought that Tracy who works on the front counter was very nice - but now i wait for someone else to serve me. I now know that she gets paid a bonus if she gets to lock my money away, if i want help & information i will ask you.
