- Shona Dallon Added June 23, 2021★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Disgusting service. The cake with fresh cream was due to be picked up on Saturday. The girl took the order wrong and had the pick up the day before. They admitted fault but didn't apologise and didn't even give the option for me to go somewhere else. I was lied to on Friday and assured I would have a fresh cake to pick up and to prove it she would show me both cakes. Went to pick it up 2pm Saturday as planned and the fresh cream was yellow and the meringues on top were soft. She admitted she lied and then told me to accept the $45 cake or get a refund. So angry that they stuffed it up to start with even angrier that they lied which gave us no choice to get a cake elsewhere. The poorest service I have ever had and will never go back!!!

Will definitely be getting all my cakes from this store from now on. Friendliest team, amazing quality and always willing to help. 10/10 recommend!!
